Youll be the primary point of contact for your clients, their advisor on how to drive success in our channel, and their project manager leading the end-to-end implementation of all managed campaigns.How can you help?The Customer Success Manager at Vamp is responsible and committed to providing a world-class collaboration experience for our customers. Our client team enables businesses at every step of the collaboration journey, making it easy for brands to use our productand speed up their success.Your key responsibilities will be to:Deliver a world-class experience for our customers when they buy our servicesBecome an expert across the Vamp platform and our service offeringOnboard and enable new customers to use the Vamp platformBuild and maintain relationships with clientsAttend industry eventsBecome an expert within the creator marketing space, staying on top of trends and best practicesBecome an expert on our partners, their best practices and ad policies to set our customers up for successWhat youll bring to VampAn experienced team player with past experience in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes.
