Success comes from selling our quality services and products. Fully qualified warm appointments will be scheduled with clients for you to visit in-home and provide relocation quotes for house moves.You will be part of a long-standing, highly experienced team that has proven success year after year. Since this role involves working on the road and from home, managing your time and coordinating a busy diary will be essential. Building rapport with clients and helping them navigate the logistics and stress of relocating are key to success.Some of your responsibilities will include:Carrying out in-home inspections from qualified warm appointmentsFormulating pricing and proposals tailored to clientsPromoting our full suite of services to meet client needsEncouraging customer feedback to foster continuous improvementMaintaining exemplary customer service throughoutAbout You:Ideally, you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and demonstrate a customer-centric, solution-focused approach.
