About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Live-In Resort Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of Regency on The Beach in Palm Beach, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to live on-site and take full ownership of the guest experience, staff coordination, and overall property presentation.As the Live-In Manager, you will be the face of the resortresponsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for our guests. You will manage a small, close-knit team, oversee reservations, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, and act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
