An innovative fresh meal company creating freedom through products that Customers around Australia love & trust!Now operating under the HelloFresh Group, our success comes from knowing emerging market trends, understanding and listening to our Customers and then taking this knowledge and adding some Youfoodz flavour.As our Team is ever expanding, and expanding rapidly, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Quality Assurance Officer to join our YouFoodz Team and help us facilitate and carry out on-the-floor Quality Assurance verification activities during night shift as well as assist with continuous improvement that keep us the very best in the business.Why Youfoodz?Competitive RemunerationBrand new Custom FacilityCorporate Benefits Program (purchased leave, discounts, professional development etc)Flexible Work ArrangementsGenerous staff discounts on all YouFoodz and HelloFresh ProductsA growing organisation - now part of the global success story of HelloFreshYou will...Monitor the verification activities of the Quality Controllers, including daily CCP audits, to ensure food safety and quality process requirements are met.Highlight and address issues in real-time including raising corrective action reports for CCP breaches with QA officer Systems and Continuous Improvement.Conduct routine Quality Control verification tests on raw materials, in-process products and finished goods to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory requirements.Work closely with our Production Teams to identify and address quality issues and develop corrective actions.Perform Internal Audits to assess compliance with quality procedures and take actions to improve performance.Manage document control system to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical quality records and reports.Develop and maintain Work Instructions for quality control and assurance processes.Train and coach employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.Investigate customer complaints and work with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with our Management Team to implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency operations.Oversee general plant GMP and carry out GMP inspections to ensure staff and facilities are always compliant with the GMP policy.Carry out pre-operational checks post cleaning to ensure cleaning has been effective whilst also raising corrective actions where major deviations from processes and procedures occur.You have...Minimum 1 year of Food Industry Experience.Basic knowledge of Food Safety Principles including HACCP.Practical competency with Microsoft Office Applications.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.If you are as passionate about Food Safety and Quality as we are, and you want to join a dynamic team that values integrity, teamwork and innovation, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.Start date: Immediately - can wait a notice period.Duration: Full time role.
