If you are seeking a rewarding role with a respected and growing company, we encourage you to apply!Key TasksDevelop and implement knowledge management strategies aligning with Sydney Met''s operational objectives and goals.Work with Departments to identify knowledge needs and integrate solutions into operational workflows.Develop and maintain Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) that adheres to Sydney Met''s standards for classification, organization, and accessibility.Integrate the KMS with existing platforms (Learning Hub, CRM) to ensure accessibility to educational and administrative resources.Manage the accessibility, validity, and consistency of stored and generated information to ensure compliance with privacy policies, and prevent loss or underutilisation.Monitor and analyse the KMS performance, and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in adoption and real-time resolution.Conduct training sessions for students, lecturers, and staff on accessing academic resources and using the KMS in integration with the Learning Hub.Build an academic community to encourage knowledge-sharing environment, fostering cooperative academic environment.Required Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor or Masters Degree.
