Offering white label, joint venture and floorplan finance, our proprietary software provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses.We are seeking a Software Development Delivery Manager to lead the Agile delivery, cross-pod coordination, backlog and pipeline management. Reporting to the Head of Applications, you will ensure smooth technology delivery of customer experience platforms across Allied Credit and its customer base, providing scrum leadership, facilitating collaboration across development pods and working closely with business stakeholders to utilise development teams effectively.What you will be doing Lead Agile governance to maintain process consistency and delivery effectiveness across Scrum teams. Maintaining continuous release delivery principles and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Serving as the escalation point for production and support issues, working with developers, DevOps and QA teams for rapid resolution. Overseeing and coordinating work pipelines, prioritisation and backlog refinement across all pods. Partnering with business stakeholders to ensure the IT Product roadmap aligns with strategic business goals. Leading and providing support to Testers and Business Analysts, ensuring optimal collaboration across Agile teams. Working closely with the Head of Applications to uphold team morale, performance and Agile maturity. Fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation and accountability within the delivery teams. Acting as the Project Manager for specific technology initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination across teams. Leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives, collaborating with other business functions. Acting as the key liaison for platform-related changes, ensuring alignment with other technology teams. Proactively communicating updates, risks and dependencies to business and technical stakeholders. Driving change management communications, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies across the organisation. Working closely with other platform owners to drive efficient software delivery with minimal obstacles. Coordinating technology efforts across applications, infrastructure, DevOps and security teams.Your background Tertiary qualification in IT or a related field, with strong experience in software development, application management and cloud-based architectures (Azure, CI/CD, DevOps), and in-depth knowledge of C# and Bicep. Experience in banking/ financial services and customer experience solutions, with a focus on modernisation strategies and Agile delivery. Proven leadership in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban or Spotify model, managing cross-team dependencies, backlogs, and release pipelines, and aligning IT product roadmaps with business objectives. Extensive experience managing large delivery teams across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment and support. Deep knowledge of modern architecture, API management, microservices, cybersecurity, data protection and disaster recovery. Strong ability to engage with business leaders and communicate complex technical details to executives. Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, Agile Coaching, PMP, PRINCE2) and experience with Azure DevOps, Jira and other Agile project management tools.
