Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of our financial information. Youll drive process improvements, support audits, and partner with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.What Will You Be Doing..Oversee month-end and year-end close and reporting functionsEnsure accuracy of sales to gross margin reporting and reconciliationPrepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsProvide insightful commentary and analysis for management and group reportingEstablish and enhance effective financial controls and processesSupport internal and external audit requirementsLead and mentor team members as a subject matter expertDrive process improvements and collaborate with the FinTech teamWhat We Are Looking For..5+ years experience in financial accounting (retail/ecommerce industry experience advantageous)Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (IFRS/AASB)Experience with medium to large ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly regarded)Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent analytical, communication, and organisational skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesASX listed reporting experience is an advantageWhy you''ll love THE ICONIC..From Our Ways Of Working To Our Growth Mindset And Sustainable Approach, We Each Add Unique Value And Have An Incredible Amount Of Fun Doing It!
