As the Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support and resolving a wide range of queries for customers. You will work an eight-hour shift between 11:00am - 7:00pm (during daylight savings) and 10:00am - 6:00pm (outside daylight savings) from Monday to Friday. If you have a strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, providing support and guidance. Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Confirm and manage customer bookings. Manage a variety of customer queries including operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, and complaints. Qualifications Experience within a call centre environment is desired but not essential. A positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities. Typing speed of 60 wpm with 80% or higher accuracy. Experience with Salesforce, DOS systems, or SAP is desirable.
