Role Responsibilities Procure goods, services, and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement in compliance with policies. Manage supplier relationships and support strategic sourcing initiatives. Develop sourcing strategies based on procurement needs. Prepare requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, maintain vendor database, and monitor performance. Coordinate delivery, track inventory, and ensure proper documentation for compliance and audits. Monitor budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
