This is an exciting time of change and growth here at CSPD and we want you to get directly involved to truly make a difference!This is a great role if you are energised by supporting our people focused, organisational wide initiatives. Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you will be joining a supportive team and work closely with stakeholders throughout CSPD and externally, to help bring these strategic initiatives to life.You will have the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, working 50% remotely and 50% in the office!The OpportunitySupport the Organisational Development team with day to day project management activities including the development, monitoring and reporting on project plansProvide initial advisory support to leaders and stakeholders to deliver right fit organisational development solutionsContribute to the development and delivery of Organisational Development programs and supporting materials predominantly focused on employee engagement as well as performance and development, learning and other people related initiatives.Provide high level administrative support to the team, including project coordination, learning and development administration, maintaining systems and other activities to support the delivery of Organisational Development programsContribute to maintaining systems that support the evaluation of program effectiveness as part of continuous improvementIdeal CandidateProven experience as an Organisational Development Advisor or as a HR Generalist with a passion for Organisational Development would be advantageous, however not essentialTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, related discipline or equivalentDemonstrated planning, project management and high level administration skills, with the ability to be agile and support parallel streams of workSkilled in building rapport, communicating and engaging with stakeholders and external partners, along with a can do attitudeTech-savvy and proficient in tools such as Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high quality materialsWhats in it for you?Supportive and collaborative cultureCompetitive RemunerationSalary PackagingHybrid working environment - work 50% remotely and 50% in the officeWellbeing ProgramsProfessional DevelopmentParental LeaveEx-Gratia LeaveUp to 25% off school fees for your children enrolled in our schoolsCatholic Schools Diocese of Parramatta (CSPD) has more than 5000 passionate employees located across its 80 primary and secondary schools.
