We protect thousands of commercial and residential customers, providing world-class service from our 40+ branches across the Pacific Region.Your RoleAs a Sales/Customer Care Agent, you will be a key player in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to exceed targets and offer top-notch service to our clients, all while working in a supportive and fast-paced team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesData entry and sales reporting.Exceed sales targets through inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling all leads are warm).Sell our exclusive plans to both new and existing customers.Handle renewals at the time of service anniversaries.Provide outstanding customer service.Perform general administrative tasks as required.What Were Looking ForStrong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team.Excellent communication skills a super outgoing personality is a plus!Experience in customer service.
