Are you an experienced Residential Construction Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering high-quality residential builds? Were looking for a motivated and organised professional to join our growing team in the Central West Brisbane corridor, overseeing projects from Indooroopilly to White Rock.About the Role:As aConstruction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential construction sites from site start through to handover. Youll coordinate trades, ensure site safety, maintain build quality, and keep clients informed throughout the process.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activitiesManage multiple job sites simultaneouslyEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesLiaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain build schedulesProvide regular updates and communication to clientsConduct site inspections and quality control checksDrive timely project delivery and uphold high standards of workmanshipRequirements:QBCC Site Supervisor Licence(mandatory)Proven experience involume home buildingorresidential constructionStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesSound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practicesPerks of the Job:Make the most of your weekends in your unbranded Ford XLT.
