Youll take charge of management accounting for a diverse range of cost centres, playing a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and influencing key decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:Leading budgeting and forecasting for more than 20 cost centres, guiding the companys financial direction.Delivering monthly performance insights that directly influence board-level and executive decisions.Using "what-if" financial modelling to explore scenarios and steer strategic choices.Evaluating business cases, assessing investment opportunities, and overseeing capital project accounting.Empowering budget managers and finance teams through training and support to enhance financial expertise.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, legislative requirements, and company policies.About YouYou''re not just a finance professionalyoure a strategic thinker ready to partner with the business and drive impactful results. You bring a solid background in management accounting and financial analysis, ideally within the insurance or financial services sectors.
