An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and committed Venue Manager to join our growing team at The Crazy Horse Revue.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong customer service and management experience and wants to take the next step in their career.The key responsibilities will include:Being able to exceed financial targets in optimising revenue growth and maximising profitabilityManaging large teams with a strong focus on training and staff retentionEffectively control the club costs in accordance with set budgetsEnsuring company rules and regulations are complied with at all timesEstablish customer relationships through the club rapport with regular customers by becoming familiar with their particular needs, expectations and requirementsActively market and promote The Crazy Horse RevueExceed and surpass customer service expectations to ensure repeat businessThe successful applicant must be able to coach and Manage Staff and encourage a team of dancers to achieve the best results.You must have leadership skills and should be able to work under minimal supervision.You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of night shifts including weekends.You must possess initiative and the ability to be resilient in high pressure situations. Previous experience in a leadership role is desirable and customer service experience is essential.
