This role collaborates directly with the Asia Pacific Market Reputation Lead and partners with teams in Practice Marketing, Account Marketing, PR, and Bains Executive Network to build and activate high-impact marketing strategies.WHERE YOULL FIT WITHIN THE TEAMThis role leads the execution of a cohesive market reputation strategy that elevates Bains brand, amplifies thought leadership, and deepens engagement with senior clients and the business community in Australia. Youll coach a small, high-performing team and drive cross-functional marketing initiatives that align with regional growth priorities.WHAT YOULL DOLead the strategy and execution of Bain Australias market reputation initiatives, including events, PR, editorial, and digitalCollaborate with regional leaders to design campaigns that strengthen Bains brand and commercial visibility in priority sectorsShape Bains voice in premium media channels and drive engagement with priority accounts and non-executive directorsCoach and develop junior team members while aligning with firmwide marketing objectivesManage campaign calendars, budget, engagement dashboards, and ongoing performance metricsBuild a strong external presence for Bain through tailored thought leadership, digital content, and executive forumsABOUT YOUMust have:810 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services or tech-related industriesProven success leading integrated marketing strategies and managing cross-channel campaigns35 years of experience managing and developing team membersStrong verbal and written communication skills with senior stakeholdersAbility to operate with high autonomy and strategic influenceNice to have:Experience marketing to C-suite audiencesPrior exposure to agency environments or media partnershipsDeep understanding of content marketing and digital engagement strategies #J-18808-Ljbffr
