Youll work closely with global and regional teams to monitor progress, coordinate stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across our proposal processes.Youll be the go-to expert for:Proposal lifecycle management- tracking submissions, ensuring quality and compliance.KPI reporting- identifying trends and driving performance improvements.Stakeholder coordination- aligning global teams, sales, engineering, and pricing.Governance and compliance- maintaining audit-ready documentation and workflows.Strategic support- preparing proposals & quotes for high-priority opportunities and supporting pricing strategy.About YouYoure a proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for precision and process.
