The Index business is responsible for the creation and distribution of Morningstars Index intellectual property. The group administers an extensive range of existing indexes and develops new, innovative offerings for asset managers, wealth managers, and asset owners to serve their clients investment needs.We are seeking an implementation expert to work closely with our product solutions and delivery teams to ensure excellent collaboration between clients, sales, product managers, technology, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver complex solutions effectively.You will be responsible for the success of the entire solution delivery, requiring strong project and stakeholder management skills, along with a problem-solving mindset. The role involves presenting Morningstar capabilities to internal and external stakeholders from both technical and functional perspectives. There are also opportunities to work as a business analyst and/or scrum master on internal projects that span local and global teams, helping to transform our business, build the foundation for growth, and drive the next generation of products for customers in Australasia.This role is primarily based in our new Barangaroo office in Sydney and reports to the Pre-sales and Implementation Lead.ResponsibilitiesManage functional and technical requirements from initial scoping to end solution delivery with clients and pre-sales consultants.Meet clients frequently in face-to-face meetings, with potential for some travel.Work directly with the product team, developers, and technical delivery teams to define and build solutions.Deep dive into all parts of Morningstar data and services.Analyze Morningstar''s research insights.Develop communication, technical skills, and understanding.Perform other duties as necessary.ImplementationDefine and document detailed business and technical requirements for end-to-end client solutions, collaborating with all stakeholders including product, data, and technology teams, and assist in pre-sales client consultations.Apply agile project management (Scrum), ensuring best practices and excellent service throughout the delivery cycle.Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders, tracking scope, schedule, quality, and risk metrics.Facilitate decision-making and assess trade-offs to define optimal, sustainable solutions.Identify risks and develop mitigation plans proactively.Ensure smooth and timely hand-over to the client service team.Morningstars hybrid work environment offers remote work options and in-person collaboration at least three days a week, with additional benefits to support flexibility and engagement with global colleagues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
