Weprovide vital workplace support for people working in some of the mostisolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold minesin the Australian Outback.We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our global organisation working across the East Coast of Australia, predominantly focusing on our portfolio''s in NSW and SA.Join a global leader that feeds innovation, drives hospitality, and powers possibility!The role will be based inBrisbane, Sydney or Melbournebut will be required to travel to sites frequently to develop strong relationships with site teams our clients and employees.The PositionArea management across multi-site contractsMaintaining consistent operational performance, driving quality, cost, people capability and performanceDriving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performanceFostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovationStaff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respectDeveloping strategic client relationships, and identify additional growth opportunitiesSupport client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are followedThe Person4 + years of experience in Senior Management rolesBusiness or degree qualifications preferableStrong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective and engaged teamsExperience managing multiple client relationships and project deadlines with competing prioritiesAbility to interpret and manage contracts efficiently and effectivelyStrong financial and analytical skills in managing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable and profitable businessStrong commercial and safety acumenAbility to identify and implement new innovations within the hospitality industryExperience in Staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforcesProven management experience in the hospitality field, ideally within a Catering and or Accommodation services environmentThe BenefitsYou will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
