The position will liaise closely with surgical teams located in individual theatres, problem solve and assist the Operating Theatre Assistants to provide a timely, responsive service to the surgical team and clients.About YouOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:High level knowledge and experience working in Operational Services within a Theatre environment and in the use of appropriate techniques and equipment.Effective interpersonal skills with ability to assist lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.High level of interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively negotiate, consult and build rapport with a range of stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to successfully manage departmental changesStrong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across a range of electronic mediums.Mandatory RequirementsVaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16About West Moreton HealthWest Moreton Health is one of the most rapidly evolving health services in the south east corner, with a community growth expected to almost double to more than 588,000 by 2036.
