Passionate about people and committed to improving the candidate experience.Job Description:Permanent full time with a monthly ADO, Fitzroy locationLeadership opportunityExcellent benefits including salary packagingAbout The RoleYou will be assisting the General Manager in the delivery of service, particularly in the area of engineering support and the design and investigation of improvements to the facilities and its equipment and services.Review operational and maintenance functions to ensure department performance is effective, financially viable and in accordance with management principles and all statutory requirementsCommunicate effectively and provide detailed reports as requiredReview procedures and technical expertise so that the output of the department is in line with best practices and current legislationRecognise the relationship between clinical and non-clinical functions in the achievement of optimal safety and quality careThe classification for this position will range from HS4 - HS29 plus an additional over award (total base salary $116,207 - $122,926). Oncall allowance, superannuation and salary packaging are also applicableA Bit About YouMust HaveTrade qualified or hold tertiary qualifications in facilities with experience in maintenance and maintenance processesYou will be leading a team of Contractors and in house staff undertaking the day to day reactive and scheduled maintenance.Possess a sound understanding of the various service aspects of Multi-story buildings and/or health care facilitiesNationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)What We Can Offer YouSalary Packaging Increase your take home pay!Culture of Continuous ImprovementA healthy work/life balance encouraged.
