Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.In the role of Associate Director, you will join CME Property team thats doubling down on customer obsession!Each day, youll go above and beyond to:Assist in making capital and portfolio decisions to benefit customers, C&IB, and NABLead deal structuring and documentation negotiations in collaboration with Client Coverage, Credit Risk, and LegalActively monitor and manage assigned portfolios, ensuring operational complianceDrive and embed quality, consistency, and continuous improvement practices in CMEContribute to the delivery of the C&IB and Corporate Finance PlanWere looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:Strong credit experience (specifically in Commercial Real Estate), financial modelling skillsKnowledge of C&IB products, and ideally familiarity with APRA standardsBroad C&IB product knowledge and industry insightA tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is desirable.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
