Tell me about this role: We are currently looking for an NV1 cleared Governance & Reporting Officer to conduct periodic reviews ensuring project teams adhere to governance requirements. This role focuses on program-level progress and strategic alignment. What will I be doing day to day? Schedule, facilitate, and track decisions and actions from governance meetings (e.g., steering committees, program boards). Coordinate program input into governance forums including Integrated Project Team, Program Steering Group, and PPRIP. Liaise with senior stakeholders and clients to provide governance updates. Coordinate risk communications with the Risk Officer to align with governance strategy. Develop governance knowledge and skills among program staff to ensure knowledge retention within the Branch. What skills are needed? Experience in the Defence industry. Strong communication skills. Process-oriented with attention to detail. Australian citizenship and NV1 security clearance at minimum.
