This opportunity sits within a supportive and positive working environment and is ideal for someone looking to focus on Accounts Receivable responsibilities.About Our ClientOur client is a well-regarded national organisation currently seeking an experienced Transaction Officer to join their team on an initial contract with the view for permanency. This opportunity sits within a supportive and positive working environment and is ideal for someone looking to focus on Accounts Receivable responsibilities.ResponsibilitesThe role includes but is not limited to:Ensure that all invoices are processed and paid on time for all domestic and foreign vendors.Invoice exceptions managed and vendor accounts reconciled efficiently and as per service level agreements.Ensure collection calls, allocation of payments, new account assessments and credit limit reviews as well as dispute resolution are performed daily and customer accounts reconciled and managed effectively.Ensure all rebates, claims and refunds are assessed, processed and paid in a timely manner whilst delivering exceptional customer service.Lead continuous process improvement and automation activities.Ideal Candidate:3+ years experience in a similar Accounts Recievable Role / Collections role.Have prior process automation experience.Experience using SAP (advantageous)Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment to meet service level agreements.How to Apply:Sharp & Carter often have a range of positions available that may not yet be advertised.
