As a result of ongoing and sustained growth, they are currently seeking an Operations Manager to assist their growing team based in the south-eastern suburbs of Perth.This is an exciting time to join one of Australia''s fastest growing organisations that provides high-quality engineered solutions, whilst valuing client productivity and safety.The Role:As the Operations Manager, you''ll play a hands-on leadership role and drive strategic improvement across the business. You will report to the General Manager and provide leadership to four Line Managers across key operational departments. Other responsibilities include:Overseeing daily operations to maximise the effective use of personnel, machinery, and resources in alignment with production and sales objectivesLeading the entire Sales & Operations Planning cycle and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the businessManaging maintenance schedules, inventory control, and supply chain processes within established budget limitsFostering a strong culture of safety and positivity throughout teams and workplace environmentsWorking closely with various departments to ensure operational activities support overall business goalsMonitoring key performance indicators and metrics to maintain high standards of quality and ensure customer satisfactionPreparing and presenting accurate, timely reports on operational performance to senior leadershipIdentifying and implementing process improvements to optimise workflows and enhance both customer and employee experiencesGuaranteeing all products and services comply with technical specifications, safety protocols, and quality benchmarksAbout You:Youre a hands-on leader who brings a calm, people-first approach to operational management. You know how to connect the big picture with the details, balancing strategy and execution to keep things running smoothly.
