That is why they offer a streamlined process that is just what small businesses need, and back it up with brilliant business loans and asset finance loans.The RoleWith a maturing product and technology function and a two-quarter roadmap driving both tech and non-tech initiatives, were looking to hire our first Product Delivery Manager.This is a hands-on, cross-functional role. Youll be responsible for coordinating and driving the delivery of priority initiatives across the organisation.Youll work closely with the Head of Product, our in-house and offshore technology teams, and a variety of business owners and SMEs. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and embed our delivery rhythm and ways of working.About YouBachelors degree or higher in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or related field.10+ years experience as a Product Delivery Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar roleExperience in a lender, bank, fintech, or similar regulated environment is highly desirable.You thrive in small, fast-paced, and collaborative environments.Youve led or supported the delivery of business and technology projects end-to-end whether in financial services, fintech, or a similar sector.Youre a strong communicator, highly organised, and able to bring clarity to ambiguity.You understand both business and tech perspectives and are comfortable bridging the two.Youre proactive and delivery-focused, but also commercially aware and people-sensitive.Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.Stakeholder relationship building and influencing at C-suite and Board level.Responsibilities1. Problem and requirements definitionLeads problem definition by engaging stakeholders to understand business and customer needsAssess and prioritise problems by balancing effort and impact to ensure strategic alignment Ensure product requirements documentation are welldocumented and transitioned to the technology team where needed.Build alignment across stakeholders on prioritisation, scope, and delivery timelines to ensure shared understanding and commitmentProactively manage competing priorities and facilitate trade-off decisions that balance business value, risk, and resource constraints3. Initiative Delivery & CoordinationLead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring delivery is tightly aligned with strategic goals, customer value and businessprioritiesMonitor progress, manage risks, and proactively unblock delivery challenges to maintain momentum and focus on outcomesDrive and support business readiness activities, including training, communications, and process changes4.
