With a growing client base and rapid expansion of services, analytics and operations we have a range of interesting projects that will have an impact.The RoleWe are looking for a confident and capable HR leader to step into this fixed-term role during a parental leave period, from 1 September 2025 to 30 June 2026. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for leading our people operations, supporting strategic project delivery, and helping us navigate commercial and compliance risk across a fast-growing business.You will continue to shape and drive initiatives around recruitment, retention, performance, diversity, culture, and wellbeing, while also playing a central role in delivering strategic OKRs, overseeing governance and policy, and supporting the executive team.What Youll Be DoingPartnering with the CEO to support strategic projects, risk mitigation, and executive coordinationLeading the full spectrum of people operations including recruitment, performance, payroll input, and leadership developmentOverseeing implementation of DEI, wellbeing, and workforce planning initiativesReviewing and embedding HR policies, WHS programs, and compliance frameworksEnsuring sound governance around third-party engagement, contracts and workforce riskMentoring and supporting the Office Administrator and contributing to executive operationsWhat You BringProven experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture leadership roleA pragmatic and strategic mindset, with the ability to influence at all levelsExperience working closely with executive teams to drive people-centred outcomesStrong understanding of compliance, governance, and risk across the HR and commercial domainsExperience in fast-paced or scale-up environments highly regardedFixed term contract: 1 September 2025 30 June 20260.8-1.0 FTEHead Office based (Eastwood, SA), hybrid flexibility available with carparking on siteAttractive package aligned with experienceOur ValuesOur team''s cohesion and success draws from a culture of shared values.
