This is a great 12 month contract opportunity for a Databricks Test Lead to join a Sydney based Federal Government agency. The role will play a key role in migrating from an on-premise data warehouse to a modern, cloud-based platform; Databricks on Azure. Youll define and lead the testing strategy, and ensure the quality and integrity of data pipelines, transformations, and reporting outputs.Required Skills & Experience5+ years in leading data testingStrong SQL and data pipeline testing experience.Experience with Databricks, Azure, and modern data architectures (e.g., Delta Lake).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Essential Technical SkillsPython or PySpark for automation.Australian Citizenship to obtain Baseline Security ClearanceAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
