Learn more about us and what we do at awaresuper.com.auYour New RoleThis is a 12 month max term position, open to Sydney OR Melbourne based candidatesAs Senior UX/UI Designer you are responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of the digital experiences, that supports and connects member needs and behaviours with business goals and objectives. You will be designing and creating engaging and consistent user interfaces across all digital channels and participating in both the UX discovery (research/ problem definition/testing) and delivery phase (wireframes/UI design/handover to developers).concise dot points reflecting key accountabilities.To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:At least three years'' experience in interactive application and interface design for a large organisation or agencyDemonstrated specialist skills in UX/UI Design methodologies, UX research, Digital concept development, testing and prototyping, Rapid development (e.g. Agile/LEAN)Demonstrated experience in Applying design thinking principles, Conducting concept and usability testing, Conducting user research, Constructing prototypes and wireframesExperience working both independently and collaboratively in an agile environmentThe idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
