Join to apply for the National Design & Services Manager role at Hindmarsh11 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the National Design & Services Manager role at HindmarshGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from HindmarshAs the National Design & Services Manager at Hindmarsh, you will operate at a national level and be responsible for leadership of the design and services management functions.Reporting to the National Construction Manager, you will:Develop, maintain and implement the Hindmarsh Design Management planWork with project teams nationally to ensure that Hindmarsh design and services management requirements, systems and processes are understood and implemented on all projectsManage Design Managers and Services Managers across the business, including overseeing workforce resource planningActively support the Design Team in business development events, including representing the company with industry bodies and associationsLead Hindmarshs strategy and approach to sustainability and embodied carbonDevelop and implement BIM strategy across the businessRequired skills and experienceBachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management10 + years of proven experience within a building contractor (Tier 1 or Tier 2) in a Design Manager, Design Consultant or Project Manager roleExperience across a range of project types (commercial, education, health, data centres, industrial), and on projects exceeding $50M+Proven capability in cost planning and pricing value management strategiesAdvanced knowledge of relevant construction Legislation, codes and RegulationsCompetent using Aconex, Bluebeam, and other construction software programsAdvanced user of CAD and BIM technologyAbout HindmarshFor more than four decades, Hindmarsh Construction has completed many landmark buildings across Australia, with total project value exceeding $6.0 billion.
