You will be working with an engaged, driven and collaborative team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.We pride ourselves on having the most innovate brand and marketing identity in the industry and value team members who can bring fresh thinking and creativity to their role, whilst working within our global brand guidelines. This role provides exposure to a variety of administrative duties within the property sector. You will have a passion for property and an eye for design.You will be accountable for:Social media managementWorking with the team to co-ordinate the collation of reports, submissions and other documentationAssist in the production of marketing materialsManaging online listings on both Colliers website and third-party websitesAssisting in developing marketing campaignsDevising and presenting ideas and strategiesWriting and proofreading creative copyCoordinating internal marketingAdministration duties as requiredQualificationsTo excel in this position, you will ideally have:Preferably Degree qualified, in marketing, design or equivalent discipline;Ideally 1-2 years post graduate experience within a professional environment;Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleaguesExemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to offer creative input to design solutionsExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based applications (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint)Additional InformationWe foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
