Job Description

Responsibilities Leverage your ability to attract, retain, and develop top resources in the field. Foster a customer-centric culture focused on AI signals selling, consumption, adoption, and use through collaboration with peers and extended teams. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customers'' business needs, strategies, and priorities within your portfolio. Coach teams to anticipate customer needs and educate them on positioning Microsoft products and services to increase their budget. Empower virtual teams to define strategies, objectives, and a rhythm of business (ROB) for territory planning across the customer set. Clearly articulate standards and priorities, and develop strategies to maximize digital selling and customer acquisition. Coach sellers and leverage digital tools to support scalable customer engagement and partner co-selling. Set expectations and goals to guide development strategies, manage pipelines, and meet sales targets. Review forecasts, assess risks, ensure strategy alignment with business priorities, and engage with key internal, business, and technical decision-makers to develop tailored business strategies that meet both Microsoft and customer needs. Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to executive-level decision makers. Lead the development and delivery of compelling value propositions, business cases, and strategic plans that accelerate deal closures, connect customers with broader Microsoft solutions, and drive business outcomes. Qualifications Required Qualifications 10+ years of software industry sales and negotiation experience with consistent year-over-year growth. OR a Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of sales, negotiation, and/or leadership experience in large organizations. OR a Master''s Degree in the same fields with 6+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years of people management experience. Preferred Qualifications 15+ years of software industry sales and negotiation experience with consistent growth. 7+ years of people management experience. Ability to address challenges faced by Education (K12), Public Sector, and Nonprofit organizations through partner-led engagements. Basic business proficiency in additional languages like Korean, Mandarin, and/or Japanese is a plus. Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
