Come join us.Whats life like as a Senior Sales Engineer?Focused on the Enterprise segment, you''ll be a strategic partner to our sales organisation, leading technical discovery and solutioning across large-scale, multi-region organisations. Youll bring deep HCM domain knowledge, credibility with executive stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex requirements into compelling value narratives that differentiate HiBob in a competitive landscape.Job RequirementsWhat You Bring5+ years of professional experience in a Presales/ Sales Consulting role with HCM Enterprise solutions or practitioner experience with domain expertise in HR systemsProven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutionsExperience as a Business/Systems Analyst with the ability to understand requirements of the business, translate, and configure applications to meet business needsDeep understanding of the enterprise HCM landscape with the ability to advise on HR transformation, data strategy, and integration architectures.Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and RecruitingExcellent Critical Thinking and Analytical SkillsExecutive presence with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior HR, IT, and Finance leaders.Strong business acumen and storytelling skills able to tie technical capabilities to business outcomes like operational efficiency, compliance, or employee experience.Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where ownership and initiative are key.The ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers (integrations)Excellent technical and problem-solving skillsA passion for winning, with a team player mentalityJob ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll be DoingPrepare and develop technical demonstrations of our software in order to explain our company''s products or services to prospects and customersDiscuss and invoke conversation around needs and pains in the HR tech space with customersCollaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support both before and during callsListen to customers'' technical requirements and needs and relay this feedback/information back to the product for developmentSolicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customersAssist in training members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company''s products and servicesSupport enablement and mentoring of junior team members, elevating the overall technical acumen and enterprise readiness of the team.Job BenefitsJoin Our VillageHiBob is a village filled with amazing people and were especially proud of that.
