This role will play a key part in coordinating program-wide controls, governance, and reporting functions.PMO Coordination Lead the coordination of PMO resources, systems, and deliverables across multiple workstreamsGovernance & Reporting Drive governance processes and produce high-quality reporting for leadership and stakeholdersProgram Communication Ensure effective communication and information sharing across the programControls Implementation Define and implement program-wide control systems, procedures, and documentationProcess Monitoring Monitor and support internal processes to ensure alignment and consistencyCapability Development Champion the ongoing development of program management capability within the client organisationQualificationsWere looking for a collaborative and experienced professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced infrastructure environments.Extensive Experience Minimum 10 years experience in project controls, ideally within the rail sectorPMO Expertise Strong background in PMO leadership, governance, and program reportingCommunication Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsSystems Knowledge Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination and internal systemsOn-Site Presence Comfortable working on-site in a client office (minimum 3 days per week in Brisbane CBD)Team-Oriented A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
