This role will provide support and work proactively with Line Managers, enabling them to execute their legal obligations for SHE in line with continuous improvement in all areas of the business. This is a full-time role, based in Perth and is looking after all branches in Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory. You will engage and partner with your stakeholders to drive a culture of safety across your regions so it is part of our normal business processes.This role is suited for seasoned WHS professionals. You will be keen to partner with the managers, think outside the box, and really understand the needs of the business.Reporting to the Head of SHE, you will also ensure the timely delivery of advice and support to management and employees alike across a broad range of Safety, Health & Environment issues.Other Responsibilities Will IncludeSupport and coach state teams to identify and manage health, safety and well-being risk areasEnsure that identified issues and key projects which are integrated into the business and state SHE plansDevelop and deliver SHE trainingSkills And Experience RequiredPrevious return to work co-ordination experienceWHS qualifications (certification, university degree and/or masters)Drive and promote safety and health capability across the businessA strong background in stakeholder engagement and gaining ''buy-in''.At least 2 years proven performance and experience in a safety, health and environment role and injury managementExperience and current knowledge of safety, health and environment principles and current State / Territory legislation and ability to interpret it according to business needsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsA motivated self-starter who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on.What''s in it for you?Competitive salary packagePermanent, full-time, flexible role based in PerthCareer growth and development opportunities with a global organizationA supportive, collaborative team environment where your contributions are valuedAs part of the recruitment process, You will be required to complete the pre-employment medical, police and reference checks.You will be welcomed into a friendly and competitive team that are highly motivated and focused on achieving goals and results.So are you ready to join our team?
