This is a pivotal role, moving beyond traditional commercial support to act as the "CFO of the business" partnering with the relative executive team. You will be instrumental in building robust financial structures, driving value creation, and shaping the financial success of MCo Beauty. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a trained commercial partner who is eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Role & Responsibilities:Manage and take accountability for the entire MCo Beauty P&L, from revenueand COGS down to EBITDA.Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management ofbudgets and monthly forecasts, establishing clear structures and formats.Drive value creation initiatives, identify cash generationopportunities, and provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Work closely with the sales, marketing, and performance teams to drivebusiness growth and profitability.Establish and refine Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) for finance processes within MCo Beauty.Implement and oversee SKU-level analysis and inventory controlmechanisms to optimize stock levels and profitability (this is a key development area).Prepare and present financial performance, insights, and strategicrecommendations to the executive team, including the VidaCorp executives.Liaise with the group accounting team to ensure accurate and timelymonth-end close and results delivery.International Submissions: While the initial focus is on the Austral16th June, 2025About DBG Health & VidaCorp:DBG Health is a A independent health, wellness, and beauty company headquartered in Melbourne. You thrive on partnering with non-finance teams.Capable of seeing the bigger picture, identifying opportunities forvalue creation, and driving financial performance.Demonstrated experience managing a full P&L and leading budgeting/forecastingcycles.Essential: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, index/match, complex formulas). Highly Desirable: Experience with NetSuite and JEDOX.
