You will oversee customer service, team performance, store operations, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly, building customer trust, and driving high standards of excellence every day.Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver excellent service and consistent results.Manage store operations, including inventory control, AML compliance, and daily cash handling.Create a positive and engaged store culture through ongoing coaching and performance management.Support local marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities for the business.Ensure all compliance standards are met with a focus on risk management and auditing procedures.This role offers a Monday - Friday roster!
