You will take ownership and assist in the management of client projects and act as a mentor and coach to graduates and analysts within the team. Working with multinational clients on all types of intra-group transactions including sales of tangible products, intellectual property, services, financial transactions and business restructures, your typical day will involve:Applying Australian and OECD transfer pricing guidelines in client engagementsPreparation of transfer pricing documentation (both global and Australian)Assisting with collating and crafting responses to ATO reviews and auditsAssisting in Advance Pricing Agreement engagements with the ATOMeeting with clients (with Partners and Managers/Directors) to conduct functional analysis interviews and discuss other transfer pricing mattersFinancial and economic analysis to benchmark intercompany transactionsAssisting with Australian transfer pricing compliance obligations preparing International Dealings Schedule and /or Australian Local FileWorking with the client service team to assist generally in advising clients on transfer pricing issuesAbout the teamThe Transfer Pricing team sits as a sub-group of Deloittes Tax & Legal business and is comprised of a wonderful mix of energetic personalities and deep expertise in tax.
