You will ensure suitable team members are in place to service the needs of the business through recruiting and training employees so that the stellar reputation of Chargrill Charlies is maintained. As a manager youll be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our standards whilst delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses. Through your efforts, you will create a culture of excellence.Do you have what it takes to join our crew?For this role, we are looking for a role model to all members of the business. Our store managers are people that are reliable and can lead by example. Prior leadership team experience is required for this role, as youll need to be able to communicate effectively to delegate tasks to others, whilst also being empathetic with regards to guest complaints and other requirements. An understanding of the hospitality industry along with a proficiency in Microsoft Office will both prove highly helpful in this role.Were all about bringing people together over the food they love.
