The organisation delivers integrated, patient-centered care that prioritises the needs of patients, residents, and clients.Job DescriptionProjects - Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:Providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle.Provide effective reporting of all types of capital spend including forecasting to multiple layers of the organisation, including Board, Executive level, Operational teams, and Project Managers.Supervising budget controls and ensuring the accuracy of forecasts to maintain financial project viability.Continuously evaluating and enhancing internal control protocols to uphold financial asset protection and compliance standards.Acting as a liaison between finance and project teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment of financial objectives; andLeveraging robust analytical capabilities and a profound understanding of project management principles, the Projects - Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving successful execution of their initiatives while ensuring the integrity of its financial operations.The Successful ApplicantA CA/CPA QualificationExperience working on projects and working with project managers (there are large projects that are due to take place in the next year)Experience in the healthcare industry (this is not mandatory)Experience using TechOne ERP (this is not mandatory)Three years'' experience in a similar roleWhat''s on OfferTrue flexible working environment, 3 days in office with 2 days from homeThe office is based in the heart of Sydney''s CBD.Working in a large healthcare provider.Access to and working with senior stakeholders (National finance team, Local finance teams, Head of ICT, Head of PMO, Head of Infrastructure Development, National Office Colleagues)Undergoing centralisation - an exciting transformation in the business , allowing and showing the direction the business is going.Internal movement to different functions within the business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
