You will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence.WHAT YOU WILL DOLeadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client service. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Client Experience: Cultivate a culture of clientelling, ensuring that every client receives a personalised and memorable luxury experience.
