This exciting role will be based in Brisbane CBD. The focus of this role is to oversee a portfolio of properties including A-Grade assets with high sustainability credentials owned by institutional Australian and international clients. You will work within the budget constraints, authorities, guidelines, and procedures set by Knight Frank Australia and the clients. Additionally, you will manage and support your team to enhance client returns through proactive property management.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect rent and arrears.Inspect properties for presentation and quality.Address routine maintenance issues.Maintain regular contact with contractors.Negotiate and maintain nominated service contractsEnsure all property, lease, and tenant data is accurately recorded and maintained in AMSsystems (e.g. critical actions, vacancies, lease term, arrears)Conduct market rent reviews, lease renewals, variations, and terminations per the AMS process.Cross check statutory assessment notice and notify authorities anomalies as required.Supervise and report on the performance of Facilities Managers on assigned properties as required.Prepare annual budgets, re-forecasting and outgoings reconciliationPrepare reports for each asset/portfolio incorporating financial performance, arrears,maintenance, contractor performance, compliance, risk, and legal matters, and, if applicable sustainability, marketing, and placemakingWho are we looking for?Join a team where the uniqueness of our people is celebrated, contribution is rewarded, and voices are respected and heard. A place where everyone has the chance to perform at their bestRelevant degree, i.e., Bachelor of Business (Property)Certificate of RegistrationCurrent driving licenseA minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the Property Industry is desirable, with strong Asset / Property Management specific experience.Previous experience preparing asset plans, complex budgets, and comprehensive reports.Have extensive experience in negotiating leases and rent reviews.Have experience and understanding of building maintenance and building operations.Experience with procurement tender processes.Experience in the preparation of property income andexpenditure budgets on an accrual basisNot the perfect fit?We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and abilities - as every person and their situation is unique, we look at this on an individual and applied role basis.
