Our culture is what sets us apart!About the roleThe role involves possessing strong and proven enterprise-level Dayforce delivery expertise and end-to-end solution knowledge. You will apply this knowledge to successfully direct, lead, manage, and deliver Dayforce projects as a Delivery Director. Responsibilities include delivering complex, large-scale Dayforce-enabled business transformation projects, which cover solution design and configuration, as well as related business transformation components such as operating model realignment, business process redesign, and business readiness. You will engage with and manage senior client and Dayforce executives to secure the necessary support for successful delivery.You will provide strong project and program leadership, monitor and manage project risks, and ensure clear communication on project progress to stakeholders. Additionally, you will coach and mentor team members across the Dayforce and Workforce and Payroll Solutions teams to support their growth. Ongoing training and certification maintenance will also be part of your development.About youYou are someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical aspects of HR, payroll, and workforce management technology. While you possess deep expertise in solution oversight, you also have an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.Requirements:Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in successfully delivering Human Capital technology projectsKnowledge and experience in applying Dayforce delivery methodologiesExperience in risk and issue management and resolutionExperience engaging with and managing executive-level stakeholdersStrong project financial management skills, including resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and contingency managementExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and teamsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projectsAttention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverablesTertiary qualifications in Business, HR, IT, or related fields are advantageousIf you are a proactive, results-driven workforce management professional looking to join Australias leading practice, we would love to hear from you.
