NOVA Entertainment has an opportunity for you to join our Melbourne Agency Sales team as an Account Director. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with existing and prospective partners within our major Advertising Agency Clients. Reporting to the Head of Agency Sales, you will join a team that values good banter, loves AFL Finals, and celebrates wins. This team is highly collaborative and supports each other''s successes, with a culture that values being our client''s partner of choice for all audio advertising. You will report to a manager whose management style is adaptable, with regular WIPS, weekly all-team meetings, and a hands-on approach to market engagement. Key Responsibilities Conduct prospecting, research, and presentations to new clients Promote NOVA Entertainment''s advertising solutions to new and existing clients Build lasting relationships with stakeholders across various departments and clients Live and display the company''s values Serve as a trusted advisor and influencer within the industry Communicate effectively, prioritize workload, and handle last-minute requirements positively Be self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable Ideal for candidates with prior audio sales experience; digital sales experience is a plus but not essential; experience with advertising agencies in Melbourne is desirable.
