In this role, you can expect to assist numerous small and medium sized businesses with a broad range of tax law needs. This position suits a versatile tax lawyer looking to both refine and expand their knowledge base and skillset in a fast-paced, friendly and collaborative environment.How We Support Our Clients:Initial business structuring adviceRestructuring/rollover relief adviceBusiness exit planning advice (incl. small business CGT concessions)ESS/ESOP design and eligibility adviceATO/OSR objections and appealsDrafting ATO/OSR private ruling applicationsDrafting/amending trust deedsAdvising on investment raises with our capital raising teamAdvising on exits and script for script with our M&A teamInternational expansion advice (transfer pricing and Permanent establishment)GST and FBT.The Ideal CandidateExperience: 5+ years of experience as a tax lawyer in a practice environment.
