About the RoleCrewe Sharp is seeking a highly experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our Melbourne branch, overseeing an energetic and results-driven team, and managing key accounts across Melbourne. We are committed to fostering professional growth and creating a workplace where team members feel valued and inspired.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategically drive business growth by managing existing key accounts and identifying new opportunities within the Aged Care sector.Provide strong leadership and hands-on support to your team to ensure outstanding service delivery to clients and members.Monitor and report on branch performance, ensuring targets, budgets, and timelines are met or exceeded.Collaborate with the wider leadership team, contributing insights and strategic input to support organisational goals.Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including recruitment, staff allocation, and compliance management.Establish and nurture client relationships, including site visits to strengthen partnerships across Melbourne and surrounding areas.About YouThe ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in management and business development, particularly in the health care (optional) or labour hire industries.
