In this role, you will support and motivate the sales team, driving performance and fostering a positive team culture. You will also oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation while handling operational tasks, reporting, and assisting with store strategy.Skills and ExperienceWe are looking for a passionate and driven individual with a strong background in luxury retail, ideally within watches or fine jewelry. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. A client-focused approach, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential. Success in this role requires a results-driven mindset and experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
