Add expected salary to your profile for insightsThe Role:Were looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to support our Enablement and Support Services divisions with high-impact financial insights and strategic advice. You''ll work closely with senior leaders to drive performance, improve processes, and support decision-making with timely, actionable analysis.Your New Team:Youll join a collaborative, high-performing team within Corporate Finance, reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering. Together, youll help shape the financial success of our support services through strong commercial acumen, data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities: Provide financial advice and recommendations to divisional leaders. Support and challenge business cases and strategic initiatives. Deliver and interpret monthly performance reports and board materials. Lead divisional planning and reforecasting activities. Identify commercial insights through data analysis. Build and maintain financial models to support initiatives. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance, Analytics and Operations. Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies.Qualifications & Experience: Formal qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related field. CA or CPA accreditation. Minimum 5 years'' experience in a comparable finance role. Strong analytical and commercial skills. High level of self-awareness and personal effectiveness. Preferred: Experience with TM1, Power BI or similar tools.
