Other locations considered.From $147,074 - $158,578 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuationPermanent positionApplications close: 26 June 2025.The teamThe Digital team enhances regulatory operations through business systems and user-centred design, managing core platforms like ASIC CRM, Regulatory Portal, Search, data repositories, and key digital channels, including the corporate website.The roleAs a Business and Change Lead, your role will encompass the following:Lead and mentor a team of up to six practitioners, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.Oversee resource allocation to support initiatives and ongoing activities efficiently.Manage a portfolio view of change, addressing impacts, benefits, risks, and issues at the strategic level.Define initiative vision and benefits, guiding business areas in achieving intended outcomes.Coach business leaders, build strong stakeholder coalitions, and drive strategic change.Develop and implement change strategies, minimizing resistance.Integrate change efforts with portfolio, program, and project leads across ASIC.Deliver change activities, including communications, engagement, and learning resources.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance change and business readiness outcomes.Provide reports, presentations, and committee updates on change progress at project and portfolio levels.About YouQualifications & Experience:A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology/Business Management/Communications or a related field.Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.Extensive background in organisational change within complex business and project environments.Change management certification such as Prosci highly regarded.Experience coaching people on standards and change practices.Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels.Experience in project management highly regarded.Experience working in fast paced project and agile environments.CapabilitiesStakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships, effectively communicating complex messages.Coaching: Mentor teams, address knowledge gaps, and enhance performance.Change Management: Plan, coordinate, and influence change while engaging stakeholders and measuring success.Project Management: Lead resources efficiently to meet goals, timelines, and budgets.Learning Agility: Adapt swiftly, take initiative, and stay ahead of trends.Analytical Thinking: Extract and analyze data to identify patterns, risks, and solutions.Business Improvement: Identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive impactful change.View the position description for more information or click apply'' to start your application.Applications close at 11:59pm AEST, 26 June 2025About ASICASIC''s remit is one of the broadest of regulators across the world.
