Our culture is what sets us apart!About the roleThe role involves possessing deep Dayforce end-to-end solution knowledge, applying this knowledge to successfully lead and deliver Dayforce projects in the role of Solution Oversight. You will be responsible for leading, influencing, and guiding the architecture and design of end-to-end Dayforce solutions and integrating these within a client''s broader technology ecosystem. Additionally, you will provide support, expert advice, and guidance to team members to help educate and develop their solution capabilities and knowledge.Specifically, you will provide leadership, direction, and guidance on projects, lead and facilitate workshops with clients including senior stakeholders, evaluate and solve complex requirements, advise on design and configuration options, and provide ongoing functional and technical advice and team development support. You will also coach and mentor team members and support their growth and development. Ongoing product training to maintain certifications and stay updated with the latest releases is expected.You will consider factors such as functionality, module and system alignment, user experience, and integration complexity to deliver optimal, customer-aligned solutions. You will collaborate with our highly talented Dayforce consulting team to implement, consult, and advise on Dayforce projects aligned with schedules.About youYou are genuinely interested in both the human and technical aspects of HR, payroll, and workforce management technology. While possessing deep expertise in solution oversight, you should also have an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.RequirementsProven experience (minimum 5 years) as a solution oversight and/or senior consultant in configuring and deploying DayforceExperience in interpreting, formalizing, communicating, and assessing requirements in solution oversight or architecture rolesSpecialist knowledge of the full Dayforce product suiteExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projectsDetail-oriented mindset ensuring accuracy and qualityQualifications in Business, HR, IT, or related areas are advantageousIf you are a proactive, results-driven workforce management professional looking to join Australias leading practice, we would love to hear from you.
