This is a pivotal leadership role offering the unique opportunity to scale a high-growth business with start-up agility, balancing hands-on operational delivery with long-term strategic direction and growth. You will buildReporting to the Board and working closely with the CFO, the CEO will take full P&L ownership, drive integration across existing and new operations, and lead the business through its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will bring proven commercial and operational leadership, with a track record of building culture, developing capability, managing risk and leading in complex, evolving environments.The CEO will be a strategic problem solver and a trusted advisor to Tier 1 operators, with demonstrated success in representing the organisation as a credible ambassador.
